Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Database Administrator at Aprecomm in Bengaluru. The Senior Database Administrator will be responsible for database administration, design, troubleshooting, and replication tasks on a day-to-day basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, installing and managing our databases. You will ensure optimal database performance by analyzing database issues and monitoring database performance.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Database Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Database Specialist will be responsible for monitoring database performance, maintaining database security, and ensuring database availability. Additionally, the Database Specialist will assist in database design and data modeling, as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues related to databases.
Responsibilities
- Manage database changes and re-designs
- Analyze database issues and troubleshoot or configure the database accordingly
- Drive automation of code
- Monitor database performance to ensure high levels of security and speed
- Database Administration and Database Design skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience with Databases and Data Modeling
- Knowledge of Postgress, Mongo and other DB systems is a must
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with cloud-based database solutions is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field of study
- Proven knowledge of SQL Servers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
