Sr. Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

(6 to 9 Years of Experience)

Responsibilities

• Develop quality standards and test procedures.
• Execute & monitor test cases to identify defects and ensure products meet specified requirements.
• Documentation related to testing processes, strategies, and results.
• Reporting testing progress, challenges, and results to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• 6 – 9 years of product automation experience.
• Automation experience at Unit, Integration and End-to-End level.
• Experience with Selenium, Mocha/jest/chai, GraphiQL, POSTMAN or similar tools.
• Experience in CI/CT (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/..), release, and change management tools i.e. GIT or similar GitLab.
• Hands-on experience in Linux and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Oracle etc.).
• Knowledge of modern web application and service development, i.e. HTTP, TLS, JSON, XML, and cryptography.
• Programming experience in Linux Shell Script and Java/JS/NodeJS/Python/..
• Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP, HTTP, UDP) and networking equipment.
• Basic knowledge of DBMS like SQL, NoSQL.
• Good to have experience on SaaS product environment.
